Project Overview: Branding & Interior Design for Student Accommodation

Nelson and Long were entrusted with developing a bespoke branding identity and tailored interior design service for a large-scale student accommodation refurbishment. This project encompassed the concept design and full specification of kitchens, lounges, bedrooms, bathrooms, communal corridors, entrances, and outdoor spaces.

Building on our established relationship with the client, we crafted a cohesive design scheme that aligned with their vision. Our process included in-depth branding development, moodboards, hand-drawn sketches, and meticulously detailed specifications for finishes, furniture, wall vinyls and artwork.

This project provided a foundation for a design approach that can be adapted and refined for future developments, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility to meet the needs of different spaces. Carefully selected materials, textures, and colours were used to enhance the student experience, balancing comfort, practicality, and style.
